Hello from Illinois info

Hello all. I served in the Marines from 1981 thru 1987 as an Aviation Operations Specialist. I left the Corps after I finished my schooling in the computer sciences.

I'm a member to other military forums, and enjoy sharing the kinship that military veterans enjoy. This is a great site, and I look forward to participating on it.

I hate newspapermen. They come into camp and pick up their camp rumors and print them as facts. I regard them as spies, which in truth, they are.

Welcome. We've got Veterans running out our ears. Hope you like it. And, even though I was Army, Semper Fi.

“War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse.”
