| Primus Pilus | Post; Heading out to the range for the last time.....Well, this weekend will be my last time on the firing range before I get out of the Canadian Forces. I'll be firing a 9mm pistol for the first time which should be fun but they're from 1944 and the front sight has a tendency to fall off so it should definitely be an interesting experience

| Forum Barbecuer | Sights? What are those for? Just point and fire Well you are lucky, we often had to get rid of some canned CR - made in 1955 - I guess a front sight is a better worry than lighting thunder in the end of the day

| Primus Pilus |  Well, they say 75m though I think you'd have to have one hell of a good shot to be effective with that thing at 75m |
