SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- The Pentagon said that it has finalized charges against Ali Hamza al-Bahlul, a Yemeni detainee at the Guantanamo Bay Navy base in Cuba who is accused of working as an assistant and "media secretary" to Osama bin Laden. Al-Bahlul is expected to be arraigned within 30 days on charges of conspiracy, solicitation to commit murder and providing material support for terrorism. Twelve other detainees at Guantanamo have been charged or selected for prosecution, including six men accused in a conspiracy behind the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
