I've preordered a 32 players public Battlefield 2 server today.

It will hopefully be ready for use as soon as the game is out...

BF 2 should be released in a couple of days now...

i get my copy tomorrow! i may rope some of my Tact community friends into playing the milforum server if thats alright with you redleg?

Get all the friends/enemies you want in there, it's just more frags for me..

i am studying like hell to get the award of upgrading my Geforce 2 graphic card to FX.....

hope to be able to play Battlefield 2 during the summer

OMG it ROCKS!

but redleg it has MAJOR lag issues...well for me anyway, even when connected to a new zealand server so i'd do some research to see wether its a wide spread problem.

Got it in my mailbox yesterday, but haven't tried it yet..

The Milforum BF2 server is up and running by the way. but I haven't had time to configure it properly, just moved to my new house now.
Wont get broadband (4.4Mbit!!) until tuesday, on ISDN now..

one thing i have noticed is that BF2 has HUGE bandwidth requirements. also the first time you play any of the map, performance will be unplayable. but if you quit and then come back in it should be fine.
