Often I have been offered German and Soviet Soldiers Wartime Documents.
Not having seen originals I would not know what I am buying.
Can smeone advise what each, a German and a Soviet Soldier, might carry as their official documents? And where on line can I see pictures of originals that I know what I am looking at in the future?
Any other advice most welcome.
The only similar documents in my collection at present are more recent Two Year Military Passports for National Service in the Soviet Army from the early 1970s.
