Funny History quote info

In my US history class, we recently had a test on the war of 1812. Here was one of the questions:

In the War of 1812, what country did America fight against?

A: Mexico
B: France
C: Great Britain
D: Napoleon

I'm not making this up.

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

holy crap

Didn't we fight the USSR during that war.

When I become a history teacher, that will be one of my questions.

Naw. The War of 1812 was when Laura Secord invaded the US and burned down the White House.

Then she saw her shadow and had to go back to Canada for 6 weeks.
