AP - A court convicted five former inmates of Guantanamo on terrorism-related charges on Wednesday, but did not send any of them back to prison in France.

Well - there we have it. Guilty after all, and their false documents giving every reason for detention initially. Off the hook now, able to go to it again. I hope that on appeal their sentences are increased.
