| Tribunus Laticlavius | Its depends. The question with this sort of thing is what kind of oversight the FBI is under. Do we all remember J Edgar Hoover? This guy was living proof about living in a police state and what happens when there is no FBI oversight. The man had tabs on just about everybody, and thats not good at all.
