I'm on vacation (new Harley tri glide going through the Shenendoah mtns)and haven't watched much in the sports category, so is Favre going to play this season or not?

Naw, I don't think so. I mean, last season went so poorly at the end, I doubt anyone wants to spend the money on him.

I don't know that he betrayed the Packers especially since he carried them through his last season there but it is time he just went away, the guy has a phenomenal record but he is turning himself into a national joke which is sad given that he could have retired with both record and reputation intact.

I am guessing now that he is being made fun of on the likes of the Colbert Report most teams will be starting to realise how sad this has become.
