| Optio | Hi i love to BBQ. In the region in germany where i come from we don´t BBQ on a charcoal fire. We grill on open fire wich burns with beech wood. We grill nearly everything that our butcher kills  . But vegetable like mushrooms or potatos are also good from an open fire. Greetz Joker
