amen to that dude.
i think i would find the beat would make it hard to get into a rhythm and the lyrics uninspiring

If I am asked what we are fighting for, I can reply in two sentences. In the first place, to fulfil a solemn international obligation . . . an obligation of honor which no self-respecting man could possibly have repudiated. I say, secondly, we are fighting to vindicate the principle that small nationalities are not to be crushed in defiance of international good faith at the arbitrary will of a strong and overmastering Power.

Yeah I workout. I run 8 miles almost daily and have added pushups and situps to my routine since being reactivated. My tunes are mostly geared for running. Cannonball is especially good when I hit my stride.

Excellent. Where do you run? A park, on the street...?

Route 2 between Montpelier and Middlesex, Vermont. Not an incredibly busy road but it has traffic most of the time. Beautiful views of the Green Mountains all the way, moderate hills for the most part though there's a ballbuster at the halfway point.

Here's a couple pics.
