Have to admit nothing in that list is a surprise although China and India appearing so high on the list is interesting.

Ok, um, what does this thing list? Human rights, border security, quality of schooling?

Its a comparison between the number of fit women and the number of mingers a country has...

If its Human rights, why are Poland and the Czech Republic not listed? At a pinch, I would also include the UK, with the remarks Blair made about a European constitution.

It says they are indicators... of what? What "test" did these states fail?
