It wasnt by todays defenition stealthy but it had several radar reducing properties.

The specific answers to your question are surely classified. The general answer is that building stealth planes is a learning process where lessons learned from previous projects are incorporated into the new product.

I mean, I don't know, maybe there's something new about the stealth, it just looks a lot like the B2 stuff.

Those other things plus the stealth are why it's a 5th generation fighter.

And if Japan is worried about North Korea attacking- Japanese F-15Js are more that enough to shoot down those old North Korean MiGs.

haha! I heard North Korea has Advance Migs! They may have SU-27! or Even MIG-29!

NK has 40 MIG-29.
MIG-29 is not threat,because luck of fuel.
I think,the most threat of NK is AN-2.
AWACS may regard them as Car,because of low speed.
and NK troops can invade SK easily.
