| Optio | Post; Exercise message trafficBackground: this happened back around '90, during the Oka crisis, and when Labatts had these commercials where dude goes to "la party" and meets "la chick" and has "La-batts". This (unclassified) message was actually transmitted during a cross-Canada exercise...and tagged “Real Action Required”! Text: So I’m heading down to La Barricade To have a talk with La Warriors So I'm sneaking through La Woods When I’m suddenly looking into the barrel of La AK-47 I look up and there he is: La-Sagna With a few of La Boys I tell them I’m La International Observer They say I’m full of La Merde They proceed to beat me with La Blunt Instruments Which is great because La blunt Instruments were...La Batts!

| Cadet Moderator ![]() | That's an interesting one. Who knew that something like this would have been transmitted.

| Optio | If memory serves, the person who originated the message AND his/her shift supervisor both got charged with Conduct to the Prejudice. If you recall, the CF was really sensitive over the whole Oka affair. I think they parties of interest pled guilty and got minor punishments. But that's all rumour mill: summary trials were never open in those days. |
