AP - The CIA's waterboarding of a top al-Qaida figure was approved at the top levels of the U.S. government, a former CIA agent said Tuesday as agency director Gen. Michael Hayden prepared for questioning by congressional panels about the destruction of videotapes of terror suspect interrogations.

Waterboarding... oh my God because it's so cruel and inhumane and I'm sure this Al Qaeda guy has never done anything or even imagined anything so cruel.
No s*** this was approved from the top.
Maybe if we build a five star hotel and put in all the arrested terrorists in there the complaints would stop. Actually they won't because technically they are confined.
