| Milforum's Bouncer | It was a fluke that Arsenal even made it to the finals mate, last nights decision was something of a foregone conclusion. Henri would had to have been flawless while Ronaldhino (sic) and company would have had to have played off like last week's roast. Watched it again. Arsenal's goal keeper needs to have his head pulled out. That said Arsenal sucked it up like men and outnumbered they played well until Eto'o scored and then you could actually see the Arsenal side give up... they let it get in their heads. They lost their snap, the pace fell off and they slouched... that's why they lost. A real pisser.

| Milforum Idol | Arsenal is a good club...Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry make a good team, but if you think they lost against Barcelona now, wait till you hear this: Dennis Bergkamp is leaving. This is his final season. He is retiring after this season. Thats gonna suck. Without Bergkamp, the team is nothing.

| Milforum Idol | But Henry is only one man. If you put Arsenal up against lets say, Barcelona with only Thierry Henry and the rest of the crew w/o Bergkamp, Barcelona's gonna win. Because Thierry Henry needs someone to pass to. He needs someone to pass to him. One man, however good he may be, can play soccer.Bergkamp is just as good if not better than Thierry Henry, and without him, the team is going to suffer.No1 can take Dennis Bergkamp's place on the team. |
