I am currently looking to enlist in the Army, however I have been hearing I probably will be disqualified. About a year ago I was having marital issues and started couples therapy (counseling) to address these issues. Somehow I was diagnosed as having an adjustment disorder - situational to my marriage/family problems. They prescribed me meds, which I never took, but was taken off over a year ago. Will I really be disqualified for this?

I was an Army recruiter back in the mid '80's-I'm sure a lot has changed but see a current recruiter and show him what records (meds, Dr/counselors reports, etc) you have, he will know best.
