Looks like the traffic's running smoothly, as long as it's only locals who knows the "rules" who are driving there....
I bet that if you throw a tourist in there, who tries to follow normal traffic regulations, then it will get real ugly..

Actually had a cop in Anshan tell me the lines in the road were "just to make foreginers think we have rules".
