Post; Death Penalty


I do not know if this had been discused here, I did my search and I did not find any topic relationated.
In my opinion it should be banned, at least in all democracies...
I would like you to give me your arguements against and in favor of death penalty.

My main opposition to the death penalty is that no matter how careful you are , or what technology you possess, innocent people still get wrongly convicted and consequantly lose their lives.

Absolutily, say that some one is guilty with 100% guarantee is quite difficult.
But even in that case,I think that modern punishment law should be focused to a couple things: punishment and rehabilitation. death Penalty doesn´t rehabilitate at all.
