The people of Oklahoma wanted it, put it together, got it passed through the house and the Senate, signed by the governor to only be stopped by a Judge. So much for a republic and the voice of the people. Because last time I checked.... Congress writes laws, the President passes the law or vetoes it, Congress could pass it by 3/4 majority after the veto. And the Courts enforce the law. Now how the hell is it unconstitutional for a State to pass a law that enforces FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAW. It's not like it's saying that you or I. Legal Citizens and Legal Residents or Legal Foreigners cannot be there. It's going after ILLEGAL ALIEANS. Persons that have already broken laws. This bill is very similar to the one Arizona passed. which the liberals challenged in courts but it was upheld as constitutional. Does anyone else feel like they are living in a nightmare?
