#8-Dale Earnhardt Jr. won't renew his membership in the Gillette Young Guns program next year as he seeks to refine his endorsement strategy, Street & Smith's SportsBusiness Daily reports. The razor company is in the process of formulating plans for 2007 and is not expected to make an announcement on changes until February at Daytona International Speedway, staff writer Michael Smith reports. all those guys aren't exactly young. to me, young guns should be the rookies and other drivers in their early to mid twenties. that's just the impression i get when i hear young guns.
