A local fella, USMC-DAV out of 'Nam, was at the cafe this AM and he was talking about painting claymores to look like Easter eggs and leaving them in the backyards of the Westboro bunch. Everyone in earshot applauded him.

I actually liked Bill OReilly before Glenn Beck showed up.
Before that happened, I always felt that he meant well, and his views were center right. I felt the things that he stood against were those any one should stand against (gangsta rappers encouraging our youths to not study and turn to violence for crime for example).
But afterwards, it seems like there is a competition about who is more conservative. Glenn Beck always struck me as a nutcase.

In Denmark we have a law against this kind of behavior.

In short trying to limit Free Speech in the US is very difficult, and Fred Phelps as an ex civil rights lawyer knows how to abuse it.

Even with the current upcoming Supreme Court decision Fred Phelps will not stop, whether he wins or loses. He will just modify his behavior to skirt the existing laws.

Not until the socialists we have in congress make one, but here its a insult to military members, their families, their friends, their coworkers, and a TOTAL lack of respect to a dead service person. Personally I see people like that as a clear and present danger, cause its just a matter of time before they are lobbying for new laws,

BS like that's got nothing to do with freedom of speech. Here in Germany, knowingly disturbing a funeral gets you up to 3 years in jail...
