| | Thanks info
Hey, just wanted to give some thanks for the info. I have to say that this site is filled with people that know their stuff, and are willing and able to share it. I belong to several other forums, mainly dealing with writing, but none of them are as quick with responses. This site also features members that actually do the leg work, meaing they tell you what you're looking for, instead of simply saying "search for it in google or yahoo". Thanks guys! Ben |

Well Saving Private Ryan was not REALLY about D-day, rather about one man and a unit. It involved only Omaha beach so it would have been historically inaccurate to have masses of British troops storm the beach. People just have to realize that: Saving Private Ryan was not a historical movie about D-day. Quote:
