Well, I was thinking, the M1 Carabine is a semi-auto...So it fires as fast as you can pull the trigger, right? So if take two M1 with some sort of device that pulls one trigger and releasses the other...Maybe with a little handle to spin it..I could fire real fast...Then i could make very long clips for it....

Sherman...this might work if you put the guns facing different directions...and let the recoil of each rifle do the pulling of the others trigger.

Of course, you would have to start it of...and dont this weapon used stripper clips instead of removable magazines?

I've seen this done with a Ruger 10/22 (the volkswagon Beetle of guns). I'll try to find the link.
