The public gets its first look at the alleged movie theater gunman Monday morning when suspect James Holmes appears in a Colorado courtroom. Holmes, 24, is accused of mercilessly blasting his way through a packed movie house three days ago.

Yes, he's as mad as a cut snake. You'd have to be mad to do what he has done, but I see no reason why a madman cant be executed, he still killed a dozen innocent people and wounded another 50 or so.
