Hey everybody, I'm Chris
I'm a 17, from Norway.

I found this forum while reading some Patton quotes and think it looked very interesting.

I have been dreaming about joining the army since I was 10.
I'm very interested in past/present wars, and especially WW2.
Read some books about it, and nothing interests me more!

So yeah... don't know what more to say.
I am currently in school. My plans is to make a career in the army.

Also I don't hope my username sounds childish. I kinda made it up because of the battalion I want to join later got a viking ship as a "logo"

The battalion you mentioned was my home unit while in service, I am sad the regiment is no longer though...

First of all it is Telemark Bataljon, not Telemarks Bataljonen

The battalion was part of Telemark Regiment, a regiment that was abandoned a few years ago.
