Hu said the whole process, including research & development and manufacturing are all accomplished by Xi’an Aircraft Industry Co.,Ltd independently. This will be the biggest military airpalne in China. This isn't low tech stuff. Their pay is probably pretty good compared to the rest of the country. Actually depending on where you live, labor isn't even that cheap anymore I hear.
