I doubt U.S has much as friends in Third world as CHina does
CHina helps a lot afriacan nations in the past and stil doing so today, china doesn't abuse a lot of coutnries like U.S do(most arabians say so)

Chibna also faces the bad fact most of thier Population is in the East, wich meens they could be attacked in the east. in the end is China better than the USSR? well, not exactly The USSR had everything going up, we wer ein a Cold War with nuclear weapons ready to go off and Bombers up in air 24/7, however China and America have done nothing such like that.

Because USSR fell, does not automatically mean PRC will fall.

China is a Eastern Culture Country, completely different than USSR.
