this forum has a ICQ chatroom , im wondering on where to find a chatroom program , Im trying to help these guys get one on their forums , im just wondering how you got yours , any info will be greatly appreciated.

Are they using the phpBB forum script as well?

If they are then it's easiest to search for chat scripts on www.phpbb.com
There are many different chat scripts to choose from.
