First off, 3 years! Wow... I guess the prosection wanted to make sure that he got maximum sentences so they were probably busy (I hope).
The result of the trial will either give the international court back some of its reputation that couldn't be any lower or simply confirm that it's where dictators go to die of old age or other natural cuases.

Now if only they would grow a pair big enough to go after some of the better funded and better defended Grade I A-holes of our time.

Yeah, but if they suck so bad that they can't even put these guys away, the court should just close or something.

I find it amusing this thing is being given a trial when a summary execution would do fine.
