| Optio | Canadian ration pack maple-flavoured cereal. No, I'm serious. As for the commercially-available stuff, I like President's Choice Ancient Grains from Loblaws. Its got spelt, quinoa, and a bunch of other grains. Quite nummy. When I was a kid, I used to like Kelloggs' Corn Flakes with about a dozen spoonfuls of sugar on it. You'd eat all the flakes, and drink the sugary milk, and then eat the grey sludge that was left. Gaaah! My fillings hurt thinking about it. J.
