its gotta be one of the healthiest cereals around:

Per serve (which is 2 30gram "biscuits"):
Engergy: 444kJ 106 CaL
Fat: 0.4g
Carbohydrates 20.1g
sugar 0.8g
Fibre 3.3g
Folate 50% of RDI
Iron 25%of RDI

so yeah, its a good healthy brekky!!!

In the first place, to fulfil a solemn international obligation . . . an obligation of honor which no self-respecting man could possibly have repudiated. I say, secondly, we are fighting to vindicate the principle that small nationalities are not to be crushed in defiance of international good faith at the arbitrary will of a strong and overmastering Power.

Oatmeal with _real_ Vermont maple syrup. The seven grain kind that includes flax seed is the best IMO. Summer months though I like Rice Crispies.

Canadian ration pack maple-flavoured cereal. No, I'm serious.

As for the commercially-available stuff, I like President's Choice Ancient Grains from Loblaws. Its got spelt, quinoa, and a bunch of other grains. Quite nummy.

When I was a kid, I used to like Kelloggs' Corn Flakes with about a dozen spoonfuls of sugar on it. You'd eat all the flakes, and drink the sugary milk, and then eat the grey sludge that was left.

Gaaah! My fillings hurt thinking about it.
