I have one more interview to go and than my paperwork goes to the board. I will need an age waiver to get in but my chances are very good I'm told. I'm a civil engineer and that is a high need area for the Navy I'm told. Here's my question. I know enlisted negoiate sign on bonuses. Will I get this chance? I'm told that I will only get in as an ensign because despite having my license and 42 graduate credits, I have not complete a master's program. Any wiggle room there? I am startimg an engineering master's program next month and I'm not letting anything stop me this time. Thanks in advance for any advise.
