| Milforum Moderator ![]() | Back in the late 80's the USMC Combat Correspondent Assn. held their Convention in San Diego. Part of their Convention was a trip up to Camp Pendelton to observe a Field excerise involving the 3rd Bn 5th Marines. I had the honor of meeting Capt. Dye. I also highly recommend any of his novels. Especially "Run Between the Raindrops." and "Conduct Unbecoming."

| Immunes | Post; Dale DyeI've enjoyed watching Dale Dye in many of the role's he's played, from the company commander in "Casualties of War" to the military police commander in "Outbreak" - he has always lent an aire of believability to the military roles he's played.
