Keep asking your recruiter about it. As long as you haven't got confirmation about being DQ you are ok. It can take awhile, it passes through allot of channels.
Sometimes recruiters will hold an applicant "for a rainy day" - keep bugging yours and if you don't like the response contact his next higher Headquarters.
