AP - President Bush unveiled a $3.1 trillion budget proposal on Monday that supports a sizable increase in military spending to fight the war on terrorism and protects his signature tax cuts.

I can't even count that high, and I think my computer has problems that high too. with that much of a budget, out troops dam well better get the stuff they need.
