Are there any big diffrences in the way the rifle is fired or used or stripped?

Yes. Like the SAR-21 has right-side only extraction, with no provisions to change it to the left side (unlike most other modern bullpup rifles.

ok, ic so most rifles are design to fit both left and right handed people.
