This is about the most idiotic statement that you have made so far.

Have you heard the term, "History Repeats Itself".

People have been saying this for a reason you know.

So the development of an islamic nation or a country turning islamic, with 2000 years of other culture underneath, will not give the same result.
Most if not all the Islamic coutnries that you see now Egypt, Turkey, Morroc, had at least the same amount of history behind them before they were converted to Islam.

History isn't going to mean anything when someone new takes over with different Ideas.

If you want proof all you have to do is look at Muslim enclaves in Europe right now, and see how they want to govern themselves under Shaira law, they couldn't care less about European History

And beside being naive I'm also a pragmatic. At this moment I'm a non-practising Christian and then I'll become a non-practising Muslim.... problem solved!
What about those who don't want to be Muslims, non-practicing or otherwise.

Besides Muslims do not take kindly to Apostates, those who converted from Islam, or those Muslims who do not practice it.

You have the same mentality of the Vichy govermant in France during the Nazi occupation.

Its so ironic that are so willing to tolerate something that will bring about intolerance.

(p.s. I have an islamic girlfriend and the future doesn't look so bad to me)
For you, no.

Like I said, what about those who don't want to convert?

What about the Jews in Europe?

What about those who want to be part of another religion?

What about those who simply don't want any religion?

What about gay people?

What about women who do not want to wear a headscarf?

What about those Muslims who want to convert to another religion?

I hope you sleep well in your old age knowing the intolerance that will grow around you, and that you did nothing to stop it, but encouraged it.

Possible death sentence will be handed to these type of people in islamic countries

I still agree with Phoenix, Gladius and Missileer on this.

"Freedom is the sure possession of those alone who have the courage to defend it".
Pericles.

Maybe you are right Gladius:

What about those who simply don't want any religion?

Most of those named above haven't done to hot under national socialism or in Russia before for and after the revolution.... so maybe history does repeat itself regardless of prior developments. But why worry then, because then things are bound to happen anyway; call it fate. And after the Islamics are done with them, who'll be next to repeat history.

Perhaps I shouldn't be, but I am surprised by Bill Clinton's message not to take the new Iranian President's threats and insults against Israel seriously, especially since, as political animals, the Clintons depend greatly on support from New York and Hollywood, where I would have thought Clinton's message would not be appreciated

Well you should take it as a compliment: Red was the color of socialists long before the communists stole that.
