I know we're given a custody card for our things, so if we lose them or can't return them, we have to pay. I know my friend was given two anchors at the beginning of the year, so he's got an extra. Lucky punk.

Ok, so another reason is I don't want to give up my old bling bling lol jk I do have some old stuff laying around like old NCO and Airman insignias...but I wont give you any CAP cut outs, I'm really low on those and do not wish to buy anymore. (I buy all my stuff)

BTW, I do not believe there is a reg against it. I was only being cautionary.
