When you get home have a 10oz glass of water with two Panadol or similar, refill the glass and put it at arms reach alongside your bed, if you wake through the night drink as much as you can without feeling uncomfortable. When you wake, go for a brisk walk, the longer the better.

It works for me, every time,... and I'm ready to eat my breakfast and look at all the sorry faces about me.

and willing to see all the ugly faces.. I may delete them to an advantage. You know, one has to do that sometimes. Just "delete" what hurts.
