And is that really unjust? When Islamic terror is the most global and threatning issue facing the world today?

Yes it does, it gives all religion a bad name, but the simple fact is, right now, Islamic terrorism has taken over as the dominite form of terrorism In the world. Read the article
Still no need to blaim Islam for it.

So long terrorism is so widely used by Fundamentalist Muslims, it will continue to give all of Islam a very bad image. Unfortunately, the governments and people of predominantly Muslim nations do not go far enough to help stop the problem. Most are quite sympathetic to the causes that terrorist groups espouse. Many of the governments (directly or indirectly) fund Muslim terrorist organizations. They justify this by denying that the groups in question are "terrorists" but instead calls them "freedom fighters" or some other political babble. All that taken into account, Islam could go a VERY LONG WAYS toward cleaning up its act in this department.

This absolutely does not make "all of Islam evil Nazi terrorists" but it doesn't tend to cast them in a very good light.

Well said, the leaders of Islam have not done enough to convince the world otherwise.

Its the leaders of islamic countries not the leaders of islam, look at the mosque in najaf where al-sadr was, one of the leaders of islam came and arranged a peacefire and got the militants to withdraw from the mosque.

I just heard yesterday a influencial Iman and London support hostage taking of children if the cause was "just". Of course I dont mean all Islamic leaders havnt stepped up, but they obviously are not doing enough If such acts continue.

Probably the most important part of solving that kind of attitude is figuring out where it originated. The Koran doesn't teach any people to kill themselves in order to murder other people.

Russian special forces were trying to capture those terrorists alive and not kill them, after they surronded them, they just waited until there ammo ended.
