Post; Beautiful village, beautiful flame(s)

Im looking for a great movie I saw once called something like 'beautiful village, beautiful flames'
It charts the life of two best friends in former Yugoslavia one muslim the other Serb.
Its made in Serbo-croat or something so I can't find it on the internet as I only read the sub-titles and didn't note the name of it.
Can anyone help?
If you haven't seen it I recomend you do.Not only does it deal with the usual(horrors of war, triumph of mans humanity,etc...) but offers an insight into a conflict which us westerners don't usually get on the screen.
Links please!

I've seen No Man's Land. Not a bad film though slow at parts.
It cleverly uses the characters to personify the sides involved in the conflict. I liked it.
