The Cheif Of The Australian Army's reading list - Very relevent to any aspiring officer

http://www.defence.gov.au/army/LWSC/.../SP/SP_313.pdf

US Army Cheif Of Staff Reading List for company level officers

http://www.history.army.mil/reference/CSAList/list2.htm

I'm sure you'll find some good stuff here.

Also try some Clausewitz, Gary McKay or Paul Ham works. Also a book called Nothing Less Than Victory should be mandatory reading for all officers.
