Post; „Bagram I” - Polish military exercise

Quote:
Pics from "Wedrzyn" training site, where excercises codenamed "Bagram", are taking place. About 700 soldiers from 18th Assualt Battalion and 17th Mechanised Brigade took part in the excercise where they prepared for the Afghanistan mission. Poland will send about 1200 soldiers to Afghanistan next month. Polish soldiers will be stationed in Ghazni, Paktika and Kandahar province.

A very professional looking group of people. I have no doubt that they will account for themselves very well in Afghanistan.

I just love your photo journals, - exceptional!!

Yep, they certainly look like they can kick some ass, maybe take some heat off the American forces.

Those are some cool-looking assault rifles. I wonder how they stack up against the AK-101 in terms of accuracy?

He is wearing US Army LBV. I see that the Eo-Tech is a very popular sight system over there. Glad to have them on my side.

That is the only thing I don't like. The UN....... They are one of my enemies. Not my allies. if I was in charge of any training I'd have UN painted vehicles and blue helmet troops play OPFOR.
