I think the B-52's biggest problem is the fact it isn't exactly the smallest target in the sky.

Isn't that he result of defoilants like agent orage, blue and white etc.?
The scars in shape of bomb craters are still imminent but do affect the country much less - if at all, then the dispersed chemicals.
