Reuters - The first Guantanamo Bay inmate convicted of terror charges by a U.S. military court returned to Australia on Sunday to serve out his sentence in a maximum security prison, police said.

Yep!!
He arrived down in South Aussie today and is now in prison.
Apparently has asked his legal team to stop all proceedings and let him just do the remainder of his time.
Only statement from him that I rememebr is that he wants to finish his schooling and move on.
