Name the Australian and NZ units that were attached to and supported the US Army's 173rd Airborne Brigade in VietNam.

I would say the answer to both would have to be the Black Hawk accident in 1996 when 18 SASR soldiers were killed.

The Blackhawk accident ranks about third in the list of training accidents.
