I'm not sure whether this has been posted in another thread already, but I do not know how to attach something to a private message?

Is there a way to do this? If so, what do I have to do? If there isn't a way, then I'd like to make the suggestion to find a way of attaching files to the private messages.

Maybe limit the file types to JPEG, GIF, Word and Open Office documents.

I'm sorry, but it's not possible to use attachements in PMs, so you'll have to use other services like imageshack or Google docs etc. if you want to send attachements to other members.
