AP - People who were heavily exposed to the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center still had elevated risks of developing post-traumatic stress disorder even five years later, according to a study released Tuesday by the city's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Even I still get stressed out when I think of that day. It isn't something to get over easily even with counselling.
