Army National Guard time in service???

How does Army National Guard time in service convert to time in service for active duty? I have two years of NG service and was wondering how much that will add to my overall time in service.
 
If you intend to make the active component your career it will convert directly as day for day towards retirement if memory serves. However, years in should still count for something. Really a question for your admin people. They have whole conversion tables for M-days, and points, etc.
