Right now My school Armed team has only 3 people. Any of ya'll know any "advertising" techniques to help show these cadets that its not just some stupid thing. We have done exhibtions at several school functions, but mabey peopel don't know that they could do it too? Please offer some assistance. It would be greatly appriciated.

I have always found that doing a demonstration of your routine/drill always appeals to other cadets. They see "whoa, that was cool... how do I do it?" and then you can teach them

Also, you could do a general speech to everyone. Include a demo., joining information, who to find, etc.
